At aurumadler we always start with the goals and requirements of the project. During this stage we analyze material balance, logistics, site characteristics, local norms, and specific customer requirements.

General Design & Budgeting

Following full analysis , we proceed to develop the general layout and technical characteristics of the project. As general design takes shape we collect offers on behalf of our customer to reach an accurate budget.

Procurement & Sourcing

Following budget approval , we shortlist potential suppliers, compare and analyze their offers, and guide our customer through the negotiation and procurement process.
